Extensive checks are carried out to determine an applicant’s employment, rental and credit history. We also conduct a character assessment via social media and industry resources.

Maintaining Your Asset

Pathway Asset Management has a pro-active, preventative approach to property maintenance. Using the most up-to-date technology, we perform regular inspections at your property and provide a full written and photographic report including any recommendation for repairs or improvements. We have a trusted network of Contractors available to complete repairs or improvements, which we will manage meticulously ensuring all work is completed correctly and cost effectively. All Contractors are fully insured and licensed to complete the scheduled works.

Property Expenses

Outgoings are all part of owning an investment property and it can be an added task for some Owners to maintain these records and present to their Accountant to gain the full benefit of their investment. Pathway Asset Management can manage these expenses (council rates, water rates, insurance, etc.) from your rental income on your behalf.

Landlord Insurance

We are diligent in all areas of managing your property and consider Landlord Insurance a necessity for serious investors of residential property. We require all clients to have a Landlord Insurance policy in place for each property under our management agreement.

Financial Reporting

Rental income is receipted daily and Landlord disbursements occur regularly as we understand that you may have financial obligations reliant on payment of rent.

As a Pathway Asset Management client, you will receive a comprehensive annual investment report outlining cash-flow analysis and total investment returns for each property. In addition, you will be provided with an annual income and expenditure report to assist your Accountant when preparing tax requirements. These reports are provided at no additional cost.
