Our aim is to generate maximum exposure at minimum expense. Your property will feature on the most popular real estate websites, will display a ‘For Lease’ signboard and with regular, advertised inspections; we will ensure the property is given the best opportunity for quick letting.
Our priority is to maximise your revenue and minimise any loss. We have a strict arrears management system and encourage open communication with tenants and landlords alike. We are prompt to act where necessary to minimise any loss to you.
Outgoings are all part of owning an investment property and it can be an added task for some Owners to maintain these records and present to their Accountant to gain the full benefit of their investment. Pathway Asset Management can manage these expenses (council rates, water rates, insurance, etc.) from your rental income on your behalf.
Rental income is receipted daily and Landlord disbursements occur regularly as we understand that you may have financial obligations reliant on payment of rent.
As a Pathway Asset Management client, you will receive a comprehensive annual investment report outlining cash-flow analysis and total investment returns for each property. In addition, you will be provided with an annual income and expenditure report to assist your Accountant when preparing tax requirements. These reports are provided at no additional cost.
