Pathway Asset Management appreciates the importance of securing and keeping good tenants and understands that tenants are real people, leading real lives.

Communication is key.

We want our tenants to have a positive experience whilst leasing with Pathway Asset Management. A relationship between the property manager and tenant can often become strained if there is limited (or no) communication. At Pathway Asset Management, we are advocates for open and honest communication between property manager and tenants, which is required to achieve the best outcome for everyone. If you find yourself in a difficult position regarding your tenancy, please contact your property manager – we won’t bite, we will help resolve the matter.

Below are some useful links to help you with certain stages of your lease. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact our office

Tenancy Application Form

For your application to be considered, please ensure that one application is completed for each person over the age of 18 intending to live at the property. Your application will only be processed if completed in full and submitted with the required supporting documents.

If your application is successful, all applicants will be required to attend a lease signing appointment during office hours and payment of the Bond will be required as per our office terms.

Maintenance Request

If you have a maintenance request that is not urgent, please complete the property maintenance request form with clear information about the problem and provide your best contact details. Please always put the property address in the subject line if contacting our office via email so we can action with priority.
